How do I place an order?
Add the products you want to your basket and go to checkout. You can check out as a guest or create an account to track your orders.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Contact us as soon as possible. If your order hasn’t been dispatched yet, we’ll do our best to change or cancel it.
Delivery
How much is delivery?
Standard UK delivery is £3.95 and free on orders over £30.
How long will my order take?
Orders placed by 2pm on a working day are usually dispatched the same day and arrive within 2–3 working days.
Do you deliver outside the UK?
At the moment we only deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom.
Returns
Can I return a product?
Yes — unopened items can be returned within 30 days. See our Delivery & Returns page for details.
Payments
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept payment by direct bank transfer. After placing your order you’ll see our bank details — please use your order number as the payment reference. We dispatch your order as soon as the payment has been received.
